MCVE volunteers love to get out of town and spread their wings, and help those in need. From the Far North, Cape York Aboriginal communities of Australia, to the crowded slums of Manilla, Philippines, to the tropical post war torn Baucau, Timor Leste. Our aim is to impower marginalised communities to take control of their own health by passing on the skills of Massage Therapy. Massage Therapy in these countries is not a luxury item. Our therapists teach community members and health workers to assist diseases such as Tuberculosis, Polio, Malaria, HIV/Aids, and other life altering diseases. We also work in the area of post war rehabilitation treating amputees, and in Womens’ health educating and treating a range of pre & post birth problems. We link in with employability programs, produce essential oils, and teach villiages how to make their own bush medicine.

Please note: None of our programs are Government funded, so we each pay our own way.
